Where the case matter involves more than two represented parties, and each additional party is represented by counsel, the surcharge is added to the total fee due and apportioned equally among the represented parties.
Fee Balances
Any due and owing fee balances must be received by CPR prior to CPR’s formal completion of the neutral selection process and CPR assignment of the Neutral(s).
Refund Schedule
75% of fee refunded for cases settled or withdrawn prior to candidate vetting.
50% of fee refunded for cases settled or withdrawn prior to candidate nomination.
After candidate nomination, no portion of the fee will be refunded or subject to credit-card chargeback.
