Mediation Committee

The Mediation Committee comprises CPR members throughout the world and aims to promote the use of mediation as a dispute resolution tool and to enhance the quality and effectiveness of mediation practice, both domestically and internationally.

The Mediation Committee meets quarterly  to connect its members and to present programs of interest.

Along with the Mediation Procedures Task Force and CPR staff liaison, the Mediation Committee has recently revised and published  the Mediation Procedure. In the 2025 year, it will convene another Task Force to review the Mediation Commentary along with  the Mediation Best Practices Guide for In-House Counsel.
