Anna Alriksson

Anna Alriksson specializes in dispute resolution, with an emphasis on large and complex cases. She assists clients in all stages of a dispute – from early case assessments and claim letters to settlement negotiations and proceedings before Swedish courts and Swedish and international arbitral tribunals, including investment treaty matters. She has also worked on matters before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
Anna has experience from a broad range of areas, including energy/oil & gas, construction, joint ventures, machinery and equipment, insurance, agency and distribution, M&A etc. A special focus for Anna is contentious regulatory matters, including investigations and administrative court proceedings.
Anna has an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and an LL.M. from Uppsala University.
