CPR seeks to help others manage conflict so that they might better pursue their purpose and lessen the costs, financial and otherwise, of disputes.

CPR’s mission today is no less critical than it was almost 50 years ago when CPR was founded.

• Companies continue to have complex, intractable disputes with business partners, suppliers, and customers.
• Employees and employers find themselves at odds with each other and struggle to find mutually acceptable solutions.
• The resolution of disputes is still too costly and prolonged.
• The population of neutrals selected to decide matters continues to reflect just a portion of the overall population available to resolve disputes, leading to questions of legitimacy and inclusiveness.
