Special Initiatives

CPR believes that every opportunity to promote the appropriate use of mediation, arbitration, and other strategies must continue to be explored. For more than 30 years, CPR has maintained a pivotal leadership role in empowering a global community of problem-solvers dedicated to ADR scholarship and advocacy. In order to produce objective research, tools and services to improve conflict management efforts, CPR forms Committees, Commissions, and Task Forces to study particular challenges within a specific industry or practice area.  CPR also collaborates with various other organizations whose members and programs share common missions in dispute prevention and better resolution.  Read about those collaborations and special initiatives here.
