Elena Neidhart

Ms Elena Neidhart currently acts as Counsel in the dispute resolution team of Philip Morris International (Lausanne, Switzerland). She focuses on international commercial arbitration and litigation before various jurisdictions. Her prior experience includes, inter alia, over 16 years in top rated law firms. She specializes in complex international commercial contracts, including agency and distribution, joint ventures, energy and infrastructure, post- M&A disputes, automotive, chemicals, healthcare and life sciences, luxury goods, tobacco, construction and international trade.

Since 2013, Ms Elena Neidhart has worked at the Department of Private International Law of the University of Geneva where she supervises the Geneva Willem C.Vis. Commercial Arbitration Moot team. Under her supervision, the Geneva team has been one of the most successful teams in the said competition.
