Erin V. Klewin

Erin V. Klewin is Senior Litigation Counsel at Danone North America, based out of White Plains, NY, where she manages the litigation docket of the company’s U.S. food and beverage portfolio, supporting brands including Dannon, Activia, evian, and Silk. She works cross-functionally to support the company’s litigation needs, counseling business partners to mitigate legal exposure and managing outside counsel in high-stakes class actions and commercial disputes. Prior to joining the Danone legal team in 2021, Erin was a senior litigation associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP for three years, where she focused on complex commercial litigation, and clerked for the Honorable James Orenstein of the Eastern District of New York from 2016-2017. She began her legal career at Goodwin Procter LLP as a litigation associate with a product liability focus from 2013-2016. Erin graduated from Fordham University School of Law with a J.D., magna cum laude, in 2013, and received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston College in 2007. She was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Fordham Law Alumni Association in 2024, and is a member of the New York and New Jersey state bars.
