Professional Bio
Hans Peter Frick served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Nestlé from 1992 to 2011, and in 2009 was named General Counsel of the Year by the International Law Office and Association of Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining Nestlé, Hans Peter served as in-house legal counsel with Hewlett Packard and CEO of AIBD, the regulator of the International Capital Market. Hans Peter currently serves on the Board of Galenica, a large publicly-traded company headquartered in Switzerland as well as of Vifor Pharma.
He is an Emeritus Director of the International Institute of Conflict Prevention & Resolution, a member of the Executive Committee of HEAD law school in Paris, and sits on the Editorial Board of Who is Who Legal. In the past he was on the Advisory Committee of Lex Mundi. Hans Peter received his J.D. from the University of Zurich and an LL.M. form the University of Alberta, Canada.
