Seasoned lawyer with expertise in advising MNCs, sovereigns, and SOEs on disputes and internal investigations involving complex international law and local law issues in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Currently, serving as Assistant General Counsel (International Litigation) at Kimberly-Clark. Previous experience includes working as Senior Counsel at RTI International, a leading implementer of USAID and other international development projects in over 75 countries. Prior to that, served as Senior Associate at White & Case LLP for over 11 years, representing multinational corporations and sovereign clients in high-stakes international commercial arbitrations, investment treaty arbitrations, ancillary U.S. court proceedings, and white-collar matters.
