Matthew Craig

Matthew Craig defends employers of all sizes in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration, on a myriad of employment law issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, interference with leave rights, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant disputes. In addition to defending employers, Matthew regularly represents companies in actions seeking to enforce restrictive covenants and protect employers’ trade secrets and valuable confidential information. Matthew is also well versed in complex commercial litigation in and outside of the employment context.

Beyond his litigation practice, Matthew provides day-to-day human resources counseling, partnering with employers to develop policies and creative solutions for effectively handling all employment law-related matters.

Matthew received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he graduated with highest honors, was inducted as a member of the Order of the Coif, and was an Assistant Executive Editor for the American Indian Law Review. While in law school, Matthew served as an extern for the Honorable Robert E. Bacharach of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Prior to law school, Matthew taught high school math at U.S. Grant High School in Oklahoma City, through the Teach for America program. Matthew completed his undergraduate studies at the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati.
