Natalia Zibibbo

With over 15 years of experience in commercial and investment arbitration, Natalia has played a key role in securing landmark arbitral awards and settlements for some of the firm’s most high-profile clients. She has acted as counsel in more than 15 high-profile commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, in both English and Spanish.

Natalia’s clients and colleagues at the firm have come to rely on her exceptional ability to think outside the box as well as her special talent for complex technical matters, which has repeatedly been praised by clients and valuation experts.

Natalia is qualified in Argentina, holds a Spanish law degree, a German master’s degree in law and business, and is licensed as a Special Legal Consultant in Washington, DC, and as a Foreign Legal Consultant in New York. Her multi-jurisdictional education and ability to represent clients in arbitrations conducted in Spanish, English and German has enabled her to lead an exceptionally successful career spanning three major arbitration centers—Frankfurt, Washington, DC and New York.

Due to her considerable experience in the field and truly exceptional record of client victories, Natalia has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Law360—which named her one of just three outstanding arbitration practitioners in the US under the age of 40 in 2017. Since 2020, Natalia has been consistently recognized by Who’s Who Legal as one of the top practitioners in the field of international arbitration.
