Ricardo Cruzat Reyes

Ricardo Cruzat Reyes is a member of White & Case’s International Arbitration group. Ricardo focuses on international investment and commercial arbitration. His experience spans financial services, mining, construction, and public–private partnerships. He also regularly advises companies facing political uncertainty regarding their investments in Latin American countries. Ricardo is bilingual and trained in both civil and common law.

Ricardo holds a Master of Laws degree from Harvard Law School, where he was a Research Assistant for the Harvard Law School Program on International Law and Armed Conflict (HLS PILAC). He further holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Earlier in his career, Ricardo was an Adjunct Professor of Civil Procedure at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Prior to joining White & Case, he was an associate at a leading dispute resolution firm in Santiago, Chile.
