Tiwalade Aderoju

Tiwalade Aderoju is an accomplished Legal Practitioner; Seasoned Litigator, Mediator, Arbitrator and Management Consultant. He is currently the Managing Partner of Olympus Solicitors and Advocates. He is an astute Alternative Dispute Resolution Advocate. He has been involved in complex commercial disputes and criminal matters.
Tiwalade has a Law degree from Cardiff University of Wales, UK; an M.Sc. degree in Management and Development of Financial Systems from the University of Glamorgan, Wales (now University of South Wales); a degree in Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff, Wales (now Cardiff Metropolitan University); and a degree in Masters of Laws in International Commercial and Maritime Law from the University of Swansea, Wales, U.K. He has professional development certifications from the Center for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in Mediation. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association; UK; London Court of International Arbitration, UK; Lagos Court of Arbitration; International Chamber of Commerce Commission on Arbitration and ADR, Nigeria; International Council for Commercial Arbitration; Lagos Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Center ; a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of Primes Dispute UK; and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators. He is also member of the International Bar Association committees on International Commerce and Distribution, Arbitration, Mediation, Maritime and Transport Law and Litigation. Tiwalade Aderoju is certified as a Senior Human Resource Professional Manager by the Institute of Human Resource Professionals. He was previously the International Bar Association Litigation Committee African Representative and was selected by the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) to serve on the Young Leaders in Alternative Dispute Resolution (Y-ADR) Steering Committee.
