Isabelle Robinet-Muguet, former Chair of CPR European Advisory Board
Isabelle is General Counsel, International Legal Affairs and Mediation at Orange Group, based in Paris, France.
Isabelle has been focusing on international and cross-border transactions for more than 30 years, being quite active in corporate and IP transactions. She has significant experience in disputes related to joint ventures, M&A, technology and intellectual property licensing.
As-in house counsel she has deep insights into the challenges corporates face in dispute resolution.
Since the last 10 years, Isabelle has been promoting and developing the use of domestic and cross-border mediation.
During her career, Isabelle has worked in France and in the United States. Her experience across multiple jurisdictions in Europe, North America, Asia and Middle- East has given her a deep understanding not only to various laws and practices, but also to various cultures and approaches towards dispute resolution in those jurisdictions.
Isabelle graduated from the University of Paris 2, with postgraduate degrees in business and economic law and international affairs, and with a LLM degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
