Mary Beth Cantrell

Mary Beth Cantrell is Senior Associate General Counsel at Amgen Inc., where she is responsible for securities litigation, antitrust matters, and other complex commercial cases. Mary Beth’s responsibilities also include governmental investigations of Amgen, including qui tam actions, antitrust litigation, third party payor litigation, consumer protection cases, class actions, tax litigation, and multi-district litigation matters.

Amgen, a Fortune 500 company, is a leading human therapeutics company in the biotechnology industry. The company pioneered the development of novel products based on advances in recombinant DNA and molecular biology and launched the biotechnology industry’s first blockbuster medicines.
