2:00 - 3:00 pm (PT) / 5:00 pm (ET): All CPR members and non-members are invited to a hybrid panel discussion titled "Using ADR Tools to Minimize Risk in the Era of Nuclear Verdicts” at DLA Piper's Century City office or via Zoom.

Using ADR Tools to Minimize Risk in the Era of Nuclear Verdicts

Outsized “nuclear” verdicts are proliferating, with a variety of factors fueling these decisions, including trial lawyer advertising, third party litigation funding, and so-called “reptile tactics.” The CPR Institute invites you to an all-star panel discussion of in-house counsel discussing  how companies can use the tools developed by ADR thought-leaders and practitioners to minimize the risk these types of cases pose to profitability, insurance access and overall business stability.
