Join CPR on June 12th from 12:30 to 2:00 PM EST for our Arbitration Committee Meeting, held over Zoom. This event is open to all CPR members.
The meeting will include:
- presentation by Shigeki Obi and Anton Maurer regarding the Arbitrator Disclosure Guidelines
- round-up discussion by Viren Mascarenhas & Viva Dadwal of the Supreme Court and other significant judicial decisions regarding arbitration.
