Join the inaugural Meeting of the CPR Arbitrator Disclosures Task Force!
This Task Force will create the Best Practices Guidelines for Arbitrator Compliance with Ethics Standards, which will provide practical guidance for arbitrators in investigating and preparing disclosure to comply with the prevailing standards, including the ABA Code, the CPR Model Rule, the IBA Guidelines and case law. In particular, we will elaborate when/what/how arbitrators should do or don’t to be in compliance with their disclosure obligations.
