CPR Dispute Prevention Committee Meeting

CPR Members are invited to attend the CPR Institute Dispute Prevention Committee Meeting on April 24th, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST.

Dispute Prevention enthusiasts are well  aware of the benefits of using Standing Neutrals or Dispute Review Boards to keep business partners in alignment throughout the duration of a commercial relationship. But, what about mechanisms implemented in the pre-contractual stage that help organizations better assess and select business partners.

When partners are selected who are culturally aligned and primed to execute on contractual obligations to maximize the value of the deal, the likelihood of disputes arising in the course of contract performance diminishes.
