CPR Institute members are invited to attend the Mediation Committee meeting on Wednesday, January 10, at 12 noon ET, on Zoom.
The agenda features a very special presentation by Jim Reiman --neutral on CPR’s Panel of Distinguished Neutrals; arbitrator and mediator; commercial trial and business attorney; CEO and director of public companies; holder of 19 domestic and foreign-issued patents; ADR educator and trainer; and now successful author.
Jim will discuss principles and real-world lessons from his recent award-winning book, Negotiation Simplified: A Framework and Process for Understanding and Improving Negotiating Results.
As Jim observes, “Negotiations may be complex; negotiating is not.”
