CPR Mediation Committee Meeting
Committee Meeting Zoom
Event Details
Please join us on November 7 at 12:00 pm ET as the Mediation Committee continues its discussion with corporate mediation users regarding what they look for when selecting mediators and those mediation practices that they find most helpful and unhelpful.
In our last meeting on September 13, we touched upon corporate users’ views of evaluative versus facilitative approaches and criteria that parties consider most important in mediator selection.
At this meeting on Tuesday, November 7, we hope to delve deeper into those practices and approaches that mediation consumers find to be most useful in bringing disparate parties together and what skill sets are most valued in the selection process.
Speakers include:
-Randi Rivner, Associate General Counsel, Head of Employment and Data Protection Litigation at KPMG
-Dana Douglas, Principal and Lead for U.S. Litigation and Regulatory Matters at EY
