This Insurance Alliance Meeting will include a presentation on recent developments in D&O insurance-coverage disputes, with a focus on the bump-up exclusion. Strategies for mediating these types of disputes will be discussed as well.
The moderator will be Mike Stoner of Haynes Boone.
