CPR is excited to announce the creation of the Investment Disputes Subcommittee, a subcommittee of the Arbitration Committee and the Banking and Financial Services Alliance.
CPR members are invited to join the virtual inaugural kick-off meeting on September 23rd from 12:00 to 1:00 PM EST, where we will discuss potential projects and future programming.
This Subcommittee will explore ADR and generate programming and potential work product in the context of investment disputes including those arising under multilateral investment treaties as well as BITs.
The subcommittee’s co-chairs are:
