Program*: Canada’s Indigenous peoples and natural resource project proponents navigate complicated histories and interests as they operationalize comprehensive long-term agreements. Panel participants will discuss their experiences resolving disputes between businesses and Indigenous communities in the context of long-term agreements where preserving relationships and stakeholder interests is key.
