New York, NY – The International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), a global non-profit organization that helps others manage conflict so that they might better pursue their purpose, is pleased to announce that Nicholas Barnaby has joined the CPR Board of Directors.
CPR’s Board of Directors comprises thought leaders from a variety of backgrounds with a shared goal of preventing disputes and finding ways to resolve them more effectively and efficiently when they do arise.

Barnaby handles, among other topics, corporate governance and Board matters. He also regularly advises on significant litigation and investigations, cybersecurity, corporate sustainability, and investor relations matters. “I am excited by the range and depth of experience in dispute resolution that Nick brings to the CPR Board of Directors,” said CPR President & CEO Serena Lee. “As an in-house counsel, he brings an important perspective that will enrich our programs and services, as well as support our mission of promoting less conflict and more purpose.”
