CPR Dispute Prevention Committee Meeting: NRF 17th Annual Litigation Trends Survey

Norton Rose Fulbright recently published the results from its 17th Annual Litigation Trends Survey, in which it compiled and analyzed input from over 350 representatives of in-house litigation departments. Those respondents provided invaluable data about how their companies approach dispute mitigation – or prevention. These in-house leaders emphasized strategies focused on risk management, tightening internal controls and working closely with counsel, among others in their efforts to proactively mitigate disputes.

This presentation, by Christopher Pelham, Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, will discuss key findings and comments from Norton Rose’s survey, as well as provide “litigation autopsy” tips he has identified from other significant litigations that can similarly be used to prevent disputes.
